Welcome to advertising’s future: Nike’s “My time is now”

This extraordinary 3-minute commercial for Nike football provides a glimpse into the future of advertising.

Through this interactive commercial, viewers can explore fascinating content via a series of hidden tunnels; one of these tunnels, for instance, leads to a workout with Ronaldo.

This new-age campaign is getting rave reviews, from critics and customers alike, and it wasn’t an ad agency that put it all together.

Advertising’s future looks very good; can’t say the same about advertising agencies.

  1. Havent seen the Nike campaign yet, but seems like they have landed on the same message as Pepsi that was launched earlier this month.

Coke, Pepsi, Nike, Puma and our very own Emirates Airlines with the launch of Hello Tommorrow are all moving back to owning the emotional mind space, but more importantly standing for something beyond their offering, but very relevant to the target audience.
