1. Digital Courses & Training Programs• Once purchased, access to digital courses, recordings, and materials is non-refundable.• Refunds are not applicable if you have already accessed or downloaded the content.
2. Live Workshops, Events & Masterclasses• Tickets/registrations are non-refundable, but may be transferable to another event or person with prior approval.
3. Consulting & Services• For one-on-one consulting or done-for-you services, partial refunds may be considered only if service delivery has not yet started.• Once work begins, fees are non-refundable.
4. Exceptional Circumstances• If there is a duplicate payment, technical error, or proven billing mistake, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
